All prices are in Australian dollars, and Australian purchases will incur 10% GST.
The WOW Guarantee – All David Evans images are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and image quality. If a print does not have superb quality (WOW factor), or is faulty, simply contact David Evans Photography within 14 days of receipt of your image and arrange for it to be returned for a full refund.
David Evans Photography collects information for the sole purpose of providing goods, services or information you have requested and to let you know about goods, services or promotions which may interest you in the future. This information is not disclosed to any third party or used for any purposes other than that for which it is collected. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please email us at info@davidevansphoto.com.
All images are copyright by David Evans. Copyright is not surrendered with the sale of any image and images may not be reproduced.
Printed images may differ slightly to digital/web representations.
Prices are current at time of display and may be altered at any time.
Exchange rates are subject to change. Rates valid at time of processing only.
Images may be reproduced in other sizes and mediums at our discretion, including but not limited to book publications, calendars, cards, digital images, editorial, stock sales etc and the promotion of these. Limited Edition images are available ONLY for rights managed uses. Open Edition images may be used for rights managed and/or royalty free uses.
Images may be reproduced by sponsors of David Evans.
All sizes quoted are approximate and may vary due to border surrounds, square images and limited cropping in some cases. Framing will add to the outside dimensions. Panoramic photographs are approx 3:1 ratio, with some exceptions.
David Evans Photography will accept no liability or responsibility for damages to product sold or arising from the product sold incurred in transit, after receipt, or in use of product sold.
All taxes and Import duties (if any) levied by your country are payable by you and are not the responsibility of David Evans Photography.
Edition number refers to the total number of prints produced in each edition, regardless of size. Minimum size for limited editions is 30 inches in length.
Artists Proofs of not more than 25 prints may be produced at our discretion in addition to an edition.
